  • About Me: Aromes is an anonymous (as any normal diner should be) food and travel reviewer (more than 10 years of travelling around the world for food, travel and leisures purposes) with latest focus on the top fine dinings, classic French dinings and upscale bistros of Montreal and Eastern Canada. Aromes reviews are written in a style that is not sellable / media or buzz-friendly. In other words, you will rarely find my reviews advertised on restaurant web sites or promoted in the foodie blogosphere. This is exactly what I want since the purpose of my reviews is to be as indepent as possible from the restaurant industry.
